Vanaways is proud to celebrate a significant milestone as Operations Director Mollie Potter marks 10 years with the business, recognising her as a driving force behind the company’s growth and success.
Mollie joined Vanaways in 2016 as the company’s very first employee, stepping into the role of Office Manager at the very start of its journey. From those early foundations, she quickly became an essential part of the team, helping to build the operational structure and establish the day to day processes that supported the business through its formative years.
As Vanaways expanded, Mollie's role evolved in step with the company’s growth. Her progression to Operations Director reflects her deep understanding of the business, alongside her ability to adapt, lead, and continually enhance how the organisation operates.
Vanaways Director Chris Jakeways describes Mollie as the “backbone of Vanaways”, highlighting her unwavering commitment, hands on approach, and willingness to take on any challenge. He credits her with playing a central role in shaping the company’s operations from the ground up and remaining a constant force throughout its development.
Across the business, Mollie is recognised for her consistency, problem solving mindset, and determination to go above and beyond in everything she does. Her influence is evident throughout the organisation, from its earliest foundations to its continued success today.
Known for her resilience and dedication, Mollie remains deeply invested in ensuring the smooth running and ongoing improvement of the business. Her leadership and work ethic have made her a cornerstone of Vanaways’ culture and operational strength.
As Vanaways celebrates this milestone, the company extends its sincere thanks to Mollie for 10 outstanding years of service and looks forward to continuing the journey together.
